Our history

Grupo 123 was born out of the needs in the electromechanical sector in Venezuela during the 70's, thanks to this, its founders who had been working on civil works transformed the company to offer Electromechanical Solutions. The company was founded in July 1977 in the city of Caracas, Venezuela by engineers: Dimiter Bainov, and Stefan Zlatarov, to offer a quality professional service, with highly qualified personnel and growing with the levels of demand of the projects in the commercial, industrial and construction area.

Building Progress and Solutions

The company has participated in large-scale works that are part of the country's history, such as the construction of lines 1 and 2 of the Caracas Metro, the Sambil shopping centers, P&G headquarters in Caracas, La Vela Shopping Center, Shopping Center Los Aviadores, among others.

Our workshop

The company has workshops for manufacturing processes for the air distribution ductwork and mechanized preparation systems and pipe painting, tailored to the project.

Internationalization

Grupo 123, has a subsidiary company called Gamiz Investments LLC which was born due to the need to address the market in the Americas, currently maintains operations in the United States, Aruba, Curaçao, Colombia and Ecuador.
